All of our mat Pilates classes are non-heated, meaning the room will remain at a comfortable temperature optimal for movement. This allows for amazing adaptations without the limitations of heat stress — with a stronger focus on form, muscular endurance and more sustained movement.
We believe mat Pilates should be accessible for everyone. This includes pre/post natal, perimenopause, menopause, and any other reasons a hot room might not be suitable for your Pilates practice.
